myGlovebox – Company Portal

Challenge

Redesign the company’s portal to simplify the navigation and incorporate multiple new brands. Create a place to house all companies brand assets, sales materials, and other resources, while maintaining only up-to-date assets. Get more employees to reference the portal when looking for key information.

Solution

By branding the portal, myGlovebox became more widely recognized by all subsidiaries of the holdings company. With a simplified navigation and by highlighting the most accessed content, myGlovebox is more accessible. Employees across all companies can now easily access brand assets, sales materials, and other company-wide resources. Every asset has a “last updated” date, so there is no confusing as to whether the version in the portal is the most current version. They can also learn more about the companies-wide mentorship program and get to know their leaders through a series of videos.
